Autumn is the season when we cleanse and detoxify not only ourselves but also our home from old items, chemicals, and things we no longer need. How we can declutter our house?
Start by tackling one area at a time, whether it's a room, a closet, or a drawer.
Create a list of things to throw away, things to sell, and things to give away.
Wherever there are chemical smells, detergents, or items that can be replaced with more natural products, do so.
Throw away broken items, old notes, old receipts, old magazines, shoes that you no longer need, and worn-out clothes that are not used in a long time. Items we no longer use, children’s toys we don’t need anymore, things that no longer work, and old bad memories – we throw them all away. What a relief!
We use boxes for organization. We clean, declutter, get rid of things, feel lighter, and achieve a better rhythm, fostering positive energy in our home. We clean the curtains, the walls, the floors. Anything that is just taking up space in our lives, we gradually let go of. This will also reflect in situations around us, leading to changes where only the most important relationships and the best circumstances remain in our lives.
Be honest about what you no longer need or use. Get rid of duplicates, expired products.
Keep only what adds value to your daily life. Soon you will feel refresh and free.
We clean our physical home and we bring order to our mind, we "cleanse" our heart, we lighten our mind, we make room for love and joy.
Important tips
While cleaning the house and throwing things away light a white candle to change the energy of each room.
Afterward, you can burn sage or cloves. Freshen up your space by using lemon essential oil, You can diffuse it for fragrance or even mop the floors with lemon essential oil to cleanse and refresh the environment.
You can make a closet freshener using essential oils like eucalyptus, lemon, sandal wood or lavender by mixing a few drops with alcohol. Then create small, beautiful fabric sachets, hang them in your closets or place them in your drawers to fragrance them, so both of closets and drawers smell nice.
