Spring is a season of rebirth and renewal, a time when nature awakens from its winter slumber, bursting forth with vibrant colors and fragrant blooms. As the days grow longer and the temperature rises, the world around us seems to come alive once again.

The air is filled with the sweet melody of birdsong, and the gentle breeze carries the scent of fresh blossoms. Trees begin to bud, their branches adorned with tender green leaves, while flowers of every hue carpet the ground in a riot of color.
In gardens and parks, people venture outdoors to bask in the warmth of the sun, eager to shake off the winter chill and embrace the promise of new beginnings. Children play gleefully in fields and meadows, chasing butterflies and gathering wildflowers.
Spring is a time of hope and optimism, a reminder that no matter how harsh the winter may have been, brighter days are ahead. It is a season of growth and transformation, symbolizing the endless cycle of life and the eternal renewal of the earth.
As we marvel at the beauty of nature's awakening, let us also take inspiration from the spirit of spring to rejuvenate our own lives, to cast off the darkness of the past and embrace the light of the future. I am preparing my body to welcome spring, to embrace the change of seasons, the rejuvenation, to embrace the new temperature, the new energy. I prepare my body through detoxification, a cleansing of the system.

One trick to avoid anger is to practice deep breathing exercises. When you feel anger rising, take a few slow, deep breaths to calm yourself down and regain control of your emotions.
Another trick when we feel angry is to mentally or verbally say the sound "sh” like a thick "s".
Another method, for those who can tolerate it, is to drink only apple juice once a week.
So, less anger, better lifestyle. Become a life lover.
